- Pulse Combustion Systems Approves Major Toll-Drying Contract, Expects Good Year in 2012
January 24, 2012 - Payson, Arizona. James A. Rehkopf, Manager and CEO of Pulse Holdings LLC, announced today that the company had approved a large, multi-year Toll-Drying contract with a major specialty chemical manufacturer. "This is a big deal for us," says Rehkopf. "We passed a rigorous inspection and trial run, making nice powders for the customer. We expect that this work will claim about 25% of our existing capacity, and will provide significant revenues." This new contract adds to the company's current Toll-Drying work, and fills out the schedule nicely. "We are in talks with two other large customers for similar work, and if these opportunities mature, we plan to add shifts and add new dryers this year," Rehkopf added. "We would like to grow further, and we are grateful for the opportunities."

If your product can be spray-dried, it can usually be pulse-dried to a better result. And, if it can't undergo spray drying, we may be able to pulse-dry it anyway.
