Our client is using the P-5 to bring more R&D work in-house, ultimately reducing their immediate and long term R&D costs. Simultaneously, this in-house dryer will decrease time to innovation by allowing our client to run more experiments, in a higher quality environment, and with more control over the entire process.

Already, the successful operation of the P-5 has paved the way for this customer to confidently order a 10X scaleup Pilot Dryer, which is the PDS Model P-50 Dryer, featuring 50 pounds per hour of evaporation. This new P-50 is entered fabrication at the PDS facility in Payson, Arizona on April 1, 2024 and is expected to ship in November, 2024.
