Payson, Arizona – Pulse Combustion Systems (PCS) announced today that it has expanded its property in Payson, and doubled its manufacturing space with the purchase of a production facility across the street from its headquarters.
The purchase consists of 1.6 acres of land and a modern 8,800 sq. ft. manufacturing/office/warehouse building with a loading dock.
“I have always thought that the property across the street would be a great addition to our facilities in Payson,” says James A. Rehkopf, President of PCS. “Then two things happened – our tolling work ramped up dramatically, and the business across the street folded, enabling us to purchase needed processing and warehousing space at a reasonable price.”
Robert B. McQueen, a long-time friend of Rehkopf and one of Payson’s most-trusted real estate brokers, managed the acquisition.
